DCI is a web-site I put together in my spare time, it is not an International organization. However, I list quite a few people, places, & organizations because great work is being done in many countries. I am a multi-cultural videographer with an interest in global issues. I update this site on a semi-regular basis, let's do something positive to benefit all people.
